Challenge: Clean, repair and paint the entire outdoor area of a large commercial building.
Solution: With large-scale jobs, heavy machinery and scaffolding were essential. Correct and safe work methods were followed through to clean and repair the building, colour choices were preselected, but types of paint were consulted. With outdoor paint, the correct paint choice is crucial for a perfect result and a long-lasting job.

Challenge: Repair, clean and paint heritage commercial buildings.
Solution: Another large-scale commercial project utilising safe and correct work methods and scaffolding and heavy machinery. In this case, the building needed extensive cleaning, repairing and preparation, consisting of highly dense details due to the age of the building. The Polypaint team effectively met deadlines and completed the project ‘after hours’ to maintain regular store operation.
Ryde Residential Project
Client: Property Owner, Ryde
Challenge: Clean, repair and paint the front street-facing section of the property, including cement fencing.
Solution: Cleaning and repairing excess concrete from freshly rendered facia of the house and fencing. Then colour consultancy was needed to prepare the new theme for the home. Primer was then applied, and final coats were the last steps to completing the project.

Challenge: Colour Consultancy, Clean, prepare and paint outdoor home features.
Solution: With extensive colour knowledge, Polypaint had to carefully select colours that would help highlight the natural elements of the house, like the wooden features, glass, aluminium, and brick. Considering these elements, colours were chosen and the cleaning, preparation and painting began.

Solution: Understanding the surrounding environmental elements of homes is the key to finding the correct colours and types of paints to use. Situated in a dense, bushy environment, cleaning was necessary as there was a build-up of leaves, branches, sap and other gunk through gutters, windows, and fences. Once selecting colours to suit the theme of the home, painting began and was completed successfully with an extremely happy customer ending in further repeat business.

Challenge: Clean, repair, prepare and paint facial features of an entire home, ready for pre-sale inspections.
Solution: A popular project request for Polypaint is repairing dodgy or unfinished projects. This home needed some urgent TLC before being placed on the market. With the paint colours being preselected, repair of cement features, preparation and painting began. The urgent work attracted surrounding neighbours’ and people’s attention and enabled the owner to sell the property 42 hours after work was completed – another happy and repeat business client.
